Free Trial & Refund Policy

3-day free trial on every paid plan

• The trial runs for 3 days from the moment you subscribe.
• Payment details (card or supported bank method) are required to start the trial. This verifies the account and lets your plan continue without interruption.
• You are charged $0.00 during the trial. The first payment is taken on day 4 unless you cancel first.
• Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are never billed. There is nothing to claim back.

How to cancel the trial

Cancel from the plan management link in your Moyan SEE account, at paddle.net using the email you signed up with, or by emailing yousufvalakkulam@gmail.com. Cancelling during the trial takes effect immediately and stops any future charge.

If you were charged

Because the trial exists to let you evaluate Moyan SEE before paying, we still stand behind any payment that does go through: you can request a refund within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it in full. This applies to first payments after a trial, renewals you did not intend, and API overage packs.

• email yousufvalakkulam@gmail.com with your order details and we will arrange it.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle, back to the original payment method. Banks usually post the money within 5–10 business days.

Renewals

After the trial, plans renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and your features stay available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Additional information

Because Moyan SEE writes recordings to your own device or cloud folder, cancelling or refunding a plan does not delete files you have already saved. Refund handling is also covered by Paddle's Refund Policy, and nothing here limits your statutory rights.
