1. Who you are contracting with

Moyan SEE is provided by Moyan AI, trading as Moyan SEE. Questions about these terms can be sent to yousufvalakkulam@gmail.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By registering for an account, joining a meeting, or continuing to use Moyan SEE you agree to these terms. If you are using Moyan SEE on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age to form a binding contract.

3. The service

Moyan SEE provides full-HD browser meetings, screen sharing, whiteboards, chat, polls, breakout rooms, scheduling, local meeting recording, and a developer API for creating and listing meeting rooms. Recordings are written to storage you choose on your own device or your own cloud-synced folder; we do not host your recordings.

4. Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account or keys.
• Notify us promptly at yousufvalakkulam@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Moyan SEE to:

• break any applicable law or regulation, or facilitate unlawful activity;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or organisation;
• infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
• record or stream participants where you do not have the consent required by the law applying to you or to them;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service, including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing usage limits or authentication, or scraping the service or API by automated means outside the documented endpoints;
• resell, redistribute or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted.

6. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Moyan SEE within the plan you have selected and its stated limits. You must not reverse engineer the service, circumvent technical limits, or remove proprietary notices.

7. Intellectual property

Moyan AI retains all ownership of and intellectual property rights in Moyan SEE, including its software, design, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the content you and your participants create; you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content only to the extent necessary to operate the service for you.

8. Plans, payments and subscriptions

Every paid plan begins with a 3-day free trial. Payment details are required to start the trial, no charge is taken during it, and cancelling before it ends means you are never billed. After the trial, plans are billed in advance on the interval shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, together with our Free Trial & Refund Policy.

Usage above your plan's included allowance (for example additional API calls) is charged at the rates published on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Free plans are subject to the published meeting-length and participant limits.

9. Service levels and warranties

We work to keep Moyan SEE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Meeting quality depends on your network, device and browser. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access where there is material breach of these terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of the acceptable use rules above. You may cancel at any time; access to paid features ends at the close of the paid period. On termination you remain able to keep any recordings already saved to your own storage.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you or your participants transmit, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or the law. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date; continued use after the change constitutes acceptance.

14. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Kerala, India have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
